Happy 4th Birthday Sadie!

Sadie wanted a princess party. We chose a new bakery in Farmington that had been built with little "princesses" in mind. It is called The Briar Rose after Sleeping Beauty. They have a themed bakery that looks like Sleeping Beauty's forrest cottage. There is even a small wooden door for little kids. They made her cake, and provided other goodies. The kids decorated princess hats and knight shields, decorated cookies and played "Kiss the Frog" (pin the tail on the donkey with a frog and kiss lips!) The girls all dressed in their princess dresses! We had a wonderful time with Princess Sadie!

Little Drummer Girl

Sadie is probably going to be a stellar drummer!

Ice Skating

This was a first for us! Sadie loved this activity- right up until she fell and she deemed the ice was too cold for her to continue!

Christmas in Fort Smith

Sadie's Christmas morning she is super excited about all that Santa dropped off for her! Then we head to Fort Smith for Christmas at Gigi and PapaC's house. All the cousins are there and they have a great time playing together- here is Sadie "gassing up" the Jeep!

Christmas Countdown

Getting ready for Christmas with the preschool Christmas show, the Bentonville Christmas parade and a visit or two with Santa!

Thanksgiving

Auntie Sarah, Mimi and Granddad come to the cabin for Thanksgiving. We hike in the woods, decorate the Christmas tree and play games. When Terry comes over, too, the fun multiplies!

Sadie also learns to make and frost cupcakes with Auntie and Mimi!

It was a wonderful Thanksgiving!
