Christmas 2010

This Christmas, Sadie is singing some classic songs, getting excited about presents, and cheering wildly for Santa...She knows it is someone's birthday, but she keeps wishing me and Daddy a "Happy Birthday!" This gingerbread house decorating has been a favorite moment of mine so far this Christmas!

Thanksgiving in Chicago 2010

Sadie went to Chicago with Mommy, Daddy, PaC, Gigi, Grace, Clark, Aunt Ginger and Uncle Thomas. We went to the American Girl Doll Store (bought lots of baby doll accessories!), Shedd Aquarium, the John Hancock Building and lots of stores for holiday shopping! It was windy and cold but we had a wonderful time together and thought the city was beautiful twinking in holiday lights!

Here is Sadie eating grapes and singing the alphabet song. Still a huge fruit fanatic, not so much with the veggies.

County Fair August 2010

Sadie had a wonderful time at the county fair- she really liked the baby chicks, but in the video, she is more interested in organizing the wood chips! After she brushed the cow, she grabbed my hand and said, "Mommy, we did it!" When she went to bed that night, she talked about her favorite parts of the day: animals, cows, grilled cheese sandwich and popcorn!

BBQ in Farmington, ice cream social in Bentonville- and a great fireworks show!

Taos 2010

Went to Taos, NM to see Mimi, Granddad, Uncle David & Aunt Stacey, Tessa, Reid and Auntie Sarah-- we had a great time! Sadie and Tessa found a great fireplace "bench" to sit with their dolls and talk on the phone. Auntie Sarah gave great shoulder rides! We went to Twirl toy store and playground, Santa Fe to shop, and played lots of games and puzzles together!
